You will then take a one-hour flight to the «White City of Arequipa,» where our staff will welcome you and transfer you to the selected hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, you can enjoy the famous coca tea. This plant has properties that will help your body adjust to the altitude. You can then rest and acclimate a bit in the hotel or, if you wish, take a leisurely walk through the main streets of the city.

Around 1:00 PM, our staff will pick you up at your hotel to start the «White City» tour, including the Santa Catalina Convent, undoubtedly the gem of Arequipa. It was opened to the public in 1970 after 400 years of seclusion and houses an innumerable collection of colonial art pieces. You will also visit the Plaza de Armas, the cloisters of the Jesuit Church, and the neighborhoods of Cayma and Yanahuara, which offer magnificent views of the Misti Volcano. You’ll also visit a traditional colonial house called the Founder’s Mansion.

Later in the evening, we will take you to enjoy a delicious dinner show where you can savor our Peruvian cuisine. Overnight in the selected hotel. (Photo: Plaza de Armas in Arequipa).
